At Vedec, we manufacture our complete Enamelware using the finest quality organic raw materials. While producing our products, we work with natural and recycled materials, with a focus on traditional methods of production. These materials shape the look of our product collections.”
Energy Efficiency
We are using 100 KW solar panels to help power our facility. Moreover, the heat from our kilns is being re-used for drying the enamelware that is ready for the baking stage. This, in turn, reduces energy consumption, and emissions into the atmosphere, which eventually ensures higher productivity.
Waste Management
We use only dry process of organic paints which are lead and cadmium free
Water Management
We reuse all our water for internal cleaning processes or to replenish our production process.
Packaging
We use recycled and recyclable materials to pack our products without compromising the safety aspect of the products.
